Developed and produced two new original programs, Ordinary Story and Reflections, including booking, scripting, conducting interviews, editing, mixing, and mastering audio.
Provided audio-cleanup (including noise-reduction, waveform correction, de-reverb, and compression) and mastering for client Dr. Bronner’s on a series of web videos introducing the Heal Soul! campaign. Worked closely with the videographer to ensure formatting through multiple digital media applications.
Taught monthly 2-hour radio broadcast classes via Zoom, including instruction on FCC regulations, equipment selection, and audio recording techniques.

Managed as many as 90 active radio programs, ensuring producers complied with FCC regulations and were trained and capable of using relevant equipment (mixers, editing/automation software, microphones.)

Taught monthly On-Air Radio Broadcast classes to a total of over 120 producers on topics including FCC policies, fair use and hands-on technical training with a live mixing console and automation software.

Developed 30 new radio programs in coordination with a Program Advisory Review Council and coached new producers through their program launches onto an established weekly broadcasting schedule.

Led monthly and ad hoc technical and content evaluation of up to 90 active radio programs to ensure broadcast standards were met.
Managed program sponsorship and station underwriting by identifying underwriters, presenting sponsorship packages, drafting or approving copy and recording sponsorship acknowledgments. Ran successful on-air campaigns with Wolf Trap, The Hamilton, AMP by Strathmore and Melwood.

Developed and oversaw a bi-annual organizational fund drive schedule. Identified key dates, trained producers, drafted pitches and produced/voiced live and pre-recorded spots resulting in total contributions of over $75k.

Maintained station website on the Drupal platform including on-demand web streams, station schedule and database management through CiviCRM.
